Description

The stupid behaviour of Oracle to treat emptry strings is a PITA. In the Core we may be aware of it, but it will break many plugins.

It's be great if ADOdb/DBAL could deal with it.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
