Description

Certain characters such as the letters Þ, þ, ð and Ð do not get encoded/decoded. Instead the character is dropped in the URL, i.e. þórður -> orur instead of -> thordur.

This is transliteration issue with typo3 core. Moving to core project. Same will be for simulateStatic.
