Can't assign a workflow without having "Page" under "table" tab selected

Description
Workflows are only visible if I've selected "Page" at minimum in one of the 4 follwing selectboxes:
Allow new instances
Allow new versions
Allow deletions
Allow movement
If I only select, let's say "News" in New instances and New versions, then no "Workflow" shows up under Workflows ;-)

Uuuups, I'm to stupid. I've misunderstood how to add a workflow.
After following the tutorproject, I've exspected that the workflow should come up only in the popup over page-icons, but with the friendly help from Wolfgang Becker I've learned that a "tt-news only workflow" is visible in the popup-menue on news records. Sorry.

So I'm closing this bug-report and added the HCI-keyword, possibly usability of workflow could/should improved. You can reopen this issue if you think it's a bug however.
