Description
The + in front of the pagetitle is missing on some pages. If you click on the page there are still subpages. If you click on a subpage via listview and pagemodul you can reach the pages but in the pagetree ist nothing displayed at all, even after reload pagetree. This problem occures on some pages, not on all.

Could you please test if the bug is still present in TYPO3 4.1 RC1?
