Description
Using a full UTF-8 site containing many language characters the new page tree displays the characters fine at first but after expanding closing a branch of the page tree the character set messes up.
The only fix seems to be to click 'Reload the tree from server'.
Main languages affected are Greek and Czech - but presumably others as well.
Please keep an eye out and see if this is happening on other TYPO3 installations.

Please have a look to bug-id #16871 and apply the patch. Or use the latest release - TYPO3 4.1RC1.
