Do you use any extension which overrides the Core functionality of the the Page Tree? So, possibly there is a XCLASS for alt_db_navframe.php on your system?
You can check this in the TYPO3 back-end at the Tools>Configure module. Select "$TYPO3_CONF_VARS" in the selector box at the top and then search for the key structure "[BE] > [XCLASS] > [typo3/alt_db_navframe.php]".

Yep, please uninstall any extensions that might change anything regarding the page-tree and check again.

Hello Ingmar,
sorry but yesterday I wrote a Mail because there was no posibility to Post a Note. Should I post the Content of my written EMail? Before I can do that a short Message: the problem is solved by uninstall the Extension tm_contentaccess 2.0.0.
Many thanks for your help. I have learned my lesson to analyze my Installation an then I can better help me and the Community.

Okay. I'm going to close this issue since it was caused by another extension. Please contact the author for the extension "tm_contentaccess" (Tapio Markula) and tell him, that it breaks Core functionality of TYPO3 4.1.
