wsol_preview.php does not scroll to content element

Description
wsol_preview.php is called with anchor to versioned element but this parameter is never used because wsol_preview is frame container and does not pass this anchor to inner frames. Also anchors will be different for two versioned elements, so this feature has no much sense at all.
Proposal: remove anchor completely.
