In firefox2.0.0.3 rte is loading after refreshing 2-3 times but not able to write as cursor not coming

this bug had been allready reported and is marked as resolved:

but there is another rtehtmlarea issue with InternetExplorer:

@prashant : Please update your RTEhtmlarea to 1.4.4 from TER or use the system extension of the TYPO3 4.0.6 prerelease.
The prerelease for 4.0.6 can be downloaded here:

I'm closing this one, because it has already been solved with the release of TYPO3 version 4.1.1 and 4.0.6 and the related releases of rtehtmlarea for older TYPO3 versions. Please have a look at bug #5266
