Description

I would like to see a backend checkbox that enables any type of user to simply check a box on the page properties screen and have that page's uid set in the alwaysActivePIDlist TS.

This would allow users to easily define which sections of the menu they would like to have expanded at all times without having to drop to the TS level.

My clients are continuously requesting page ids to be inserted into the alwaysActivePIDlist TS - something that I have to do by hand. By adding a checkbox to the Page Properties screen my life would be a whole lot easier in the end!

Hey Timothy.

this sounds quite specific. I think this should be solved through a Extension which is simple to do, but it's not core-related, as it's not a common feature, really.

If you need help developing it, feel free to contact me via PM.
