Description

User TSconfig
options.pageTree.dontSeparateNotinmenuPages
and
options.pageTree.dontAlphasortNotinmenuPages

should be renamed to
options.pageTree.seperateNotinmenuPages
and
options.pageTree.alphasortNotinmenuPages

both default 0.

Naming scheme should not be negative and both options should default 0 for backwards compatibility.
options.pageTree.alphasortNotinmenuPages should default 0 because of non working multibyte sorting in php5.
