Description

All code related to inline buttons (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, subscript and superscript) will be extracted from the main scripts and packaged as a plugin and 'inner' extension, using a new API for extensing htmlArea RTE.

This will allow to publish an extension that will override the default plugin and define new behaviours for these buttons.

The second patch will remove the remap of em and strong tags from the main script and move it to the Default Inline extension.
