Introducing new doktype "Container Page" and adding tabs to page properties

Description
The new doktype 8 (Container Page) is a special page for the field 'content_from_pid'. It has a new page icon to show that content of this page is placed at other place. The field was removed from 'Standard Page' and 'Not in menu'.
Also pagegen-class ignores that field with doktypes 1,3,4,7.
The doktype 2 (Advanced) is replaced by doktype 1(Standard), which has now all properties from Advanced Page. There is also a new class for the Update Manager which changes all doktype 2 to 1.
The Tabs are enabled and Descriptions added in lang-file.
Patch is against trunk, thx Masi for initial idea.
