Description
I have a fresh typo3 4.1.2 installation.
i have set [BE][forceCharset] = utf-8
im working on a page with slovenian language, i have to make it public in one week!
So the problem is this: somethimes the page is in right charset, ie the slovenian characters are shown. Then i just refresh and i get wierd characters. So page can work normally, and then on refresh it shows strange sharset.
is this a bug?
