Description
We can modify $PAGES_TYPES[254"]["allowedTables"].="...";
But it's possible to add new option :
$PAGES_TYPES[254"]["forbidedTables"].="...";
Because i want to hide record from INSERT RECORD link. (example : when I use IRRE option with a special record, but I don't add this same record from INSERT RECORD)

I think I understood this already in February 2007... ;-)
See bug #17039 - I called it "deniedNewTables" which is similar to your "forbidedTables" in functionality.
