Description
with latest trunk 2956 i get this error... (i did clear EVErything. typo3temp, browser cache, be cache...) using FF but i think it is not a browser problem:
Filereference, "/Users/krur/Sites/t3site/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/res/contentcss/locallang.xml", not found!

i fixed it creating an empty locallang.xml:
/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/res/contentcss/locallang.xml
(i attached it)
