Description
In htmlArea RTE, text direction is currently set using the style attribute. This should be changed to use the dir attribute instead.
Moreover, the RTE allows setting the direction only on block elements. This should be changed to allow setting text direction on any element.
Finally, the bdo inline element should not be allowed to loose its dir attribute.
