Description

All htmlArea RTE plugins must be restructured as 'inner extension' and modified to use the new API.

At the same time, additional functionality will be extracted from the core scripts of the RTE and moved to extensions/plugins.

The two attached patches restructure most htmlArea RTE plugins. Both have been committed to SVN.

Other plugins will have been converted by other patches.

As of TYPO3 4.2 beta1, only the ContextMenu plugin remains unconverted.
