Description

I just created a new install of 4.2 trunk.
But in Ext-Mgr are no Scrollbars at all....

Current FF, Browser Cache disabled with webdeveloper Toolbar.
Navigation with PageUP and Page Down possible.

i can't confirme that with latest trunk. may be you have some patches applied.

I just tested on IE7 --> same problem at this installation...
can't state where it comes from... but annoying
