Refresh of tree after editing page properties

when editing the page properties and saving, the tree window does show the following message:
"WEB > PAGE MODULE
If you wish to edit the content of a page, please click the page title in the page tree to the left."
which normally appears in the content window. A full refresh of the page is necessary to see the tree again
