Text of Text CE appearing instead of text of "Insert Records" record

Description
When I create a text CE, input some text, then I change it to "Insert Recrods" record, and save it, then in the Page TV and List views, I have the text of the text CE instead of the text of the referenced object

Thus, it works with the regular/standard content elements and is releated to Templa Voila only, isn't it?

Although I am using Templavoila exlusively, the same problem occurs in the old page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a TEXT CE and type some text in the textarea. DO NOT type any title
2. Then change the type to "Insert Records" and make a reference to any record, but still DO NOT type any title
3. Save and close. You will notice that this CE has as a title the content of the text you typed in step 1
4. Actually, contrary to what I said before, I guess the logical result would be to have nothing in the title appearing, unless one is typed
This occurs with Templavoila and the other mode

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
