field target in pages tables should select field for usability

Description
Regular users don't know the right target values, so for usability reasons the target field should be a select box with translated entries like in the extension shown bellow:
-> This should be integrated into core.

As this report is very old, is the handling in newer TYPO3 CMS Versions (like 6.0/6.1) more like you expect it?

It's still a textfield which means that the user has to enter _blank...

And how can the user input own targets, if this is changed to a select box?

I think this issue is something people could solve with TSConfig or extTables.php.
It's very easy to create a "empty"|"_blank" selectbox, so agencies can define which values should be allowed.
