Description

When an extension provides a button that opens a popup window, the popup url always refers to the rtehtmlarea extension directory rather than to the extension directory.

not exactly, the path of plugin is correct, but doesn't start from root dir but from typo3, eg

[htmlroot]/typo3/typo3conf/ext/...
