Description
E.g. if an image can't be found when editing a content element (with that missing image linked) than PHP throws a warning which is displayed before the html content. This warning moves the top bar with the save and close icons down, so that they can't be clicked any more (only reachable by ALT + TAB).
For beginners this may mean they can't fix the problem (because they can't remove the image link and save the content element).
