Description
In rteHtmlArea, when using the insert special character dialog, clicking on a symbol inserts the character where the cursor was in text before opening the dialog. But clicking again on a symbol inserts it before the previous one, not after as it was in 4.1.6.

When closing the dialog, the cursor is put before the inserted character.

I am closing this issue as I cannot reproduce it recent versions of TYPO3.
