GIFBUILDER does not support 'alternativeTempPath'

Description

There is no property 'alternativeTempPath' for GIFBUILDER like for IMAGE object. Because of that GIFBUILDER images always stored in typo3temp/GB/ that is not ok if your application requires different folder.

Attached patch resolves it.

I was unable to find this thread in the core list and removed the "pending in core list" tag again.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
