Description

- new typo3 installation on postgresql

- when I install mailformplus

table tx_thmailformplus_main is created
  table tx_thmailformplus_log is NOT created:
    ERROR: relation "tx_thmailformplus_log" does not exist

I don't see the reason for this in ext_tables.sql but in ext_tables.php there is only an entry for table tx_thmailformplus_main.

Any ideas or patches?
