Bug #19098
closedbackspace deletes wrong characters
0%
Description
The RTE deletes sometimes the wrong characters. If i type in some words and direclty delete one or three chars (in the firefox 3) the rte deletes one char in front of the char i've tried to delete. if i click in the rte again on the right place and try to delete the same char, it works again. i think the rte sometimes 'forget' the right curserposition if someone is a fast writer.

With what version of TYPO3?
I can't reproduce this behaviour in FF3 using TYPO3 4.2.1.

This error still occurs in my Firefox 3.0.5 and Firefox 3.1 when i write some sentences very fast and suddenly press a few times return. Maybe the javascripts doesn't react so fast/correct?
I use TYPO3 4.2.3 / and in the testenviroment TYPO3 4.3.0-current svn trunk.
If i use tinyMCE this error haven't occured yet.

But pressing return is not quite the same as pressing backspace, is it?

Combined fixes for issues #12677 and #12684 should fix this issue.
