closing of doc won't refresh the page

Description
If i click on an open document (in the menu) and reopen the opendocs-menu again to close the current item. it will be removed from the opendoc list but its currently on the screen and i could do changes on a closed element.

Suggested patch included - but in order to function perfectly this pretty much needs a new hook in PHP for whenever new content is loaded in the content frame, BE. Otherwise, the opendocs menu will only be re-rendered when new content elements etc are begun edited or closed.
But, this patch prevents display of close icons for entries in opendoc menu, if the particular entry is the one currently being edited.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
