Description
When you save a file in file>filelist the script should check via the soft references if the file is included in a sys_template record. If the templaste record is not hidden or deleted the script the script should clear the cache (as it happens when you save a template record).

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
