Description

New configuration:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['fontfile_ext']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['imagefile_ext']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['videofile_ext']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['documentfile_ext']

- restructured thumbs.php
- added support for ffmpeg
- added optimizations jpegtran/pngcrush (~20% size-reduction)
