Description

The RTE works fine in normal mode, but when clicking on the "full Width"-Icon, a textarea without an RTE is dispalyed. Additionally, the "Close" button in that view doesn't work, the "save and close" does.

TYPO3 4.2.2
rtehtmlarea 1.7.6
TemplaVoila 1.3.7

Reproduceable in Firefox 3 and IE 7.

This is a known bug and is solved in 4.2.3.
