Wrong xclass definition in t3lib/t3lib_rteapi.php

Description

The filename in the xclass is set to "ext/rte/class.tx_rte_base.php".

It should be "t3lib/class.t3lib_rteapi.php".

Applies propably to older version, too.

Still confirmed for 4.4-dev.

A fix will break backwards compatibility ... on the other hand programmers must expect xclasses to break with newer version. I'm currently undecided if we should fix this ... other opinions?

I would go for fixing this obviously wrong xclass.
