ric_rotation not working correctly with 4.2.x

Description
ric_rotation not working, thus not even showing up in frontend on 4.2.x t3 installations.
setup ric_rotation and slideshow, place the thing on your page.
Tested on 4.2.0, 4.2.1 and 4.2.2

I see that vars with and height are not correctly passed to the output file. They are passed as null ""

Set to resolved, no change required for the following reasons:
- Probably not a core, but an extension issue (if it actually is a core bug, the description should point out which core part introduces it and how to reproduce).
- There is a new version of ric_rotation, Changelog states: "Changed compatibility information (compatible with T3 4.2.6)", so this might be fixed anyway.
- Bug description not precise enough, "not working" is just not enough information.
Please submit a new issue with more information and a how-to-reproduce if this issue is still valid in current versions, either to project "other extensions" or project core, if it really is a core bug.
