Description

The HTML content element was disabled using TSConfig settings. One of the pencil icons in FE Editing respects this setting (see the 'correctscreen.jpg' screenshot attached). However, when I use the lower icon to edit the record, I do get permission (see 'badscreen.jpg').

I'm using the Modern Skin extension in the backend.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
