Description

This can be very useful in TS conditions.
At the moment you can use only this condition to verify BE_USER is logged in:
[globalVar = TSFE : beUserLogin > 0]

With this patch you can make a condition for a special BE_USER

[globalVar = TSFE : beUserUid = 13]

it's possible with
[globalVar = BE_USER|user|uid = 13]
