this patch deletes all function marked as deprecated since 3.7 / 3.8

One Array wasn't stripped as there is no alternative given ($ICON_TYPES)

The patch was changed, openid was changed to use _GP, ICON_TYPES and t3lib_divGParrayMerged will stay without deprecated state.
