Problem is originaly described in Issue 0010075. When switching languages in combination with RealURL all links that are created refer to the original language rather then to the selected language. This was stated and reported to be caused by the Rootline Chache not taking the language into account.

Hi Marvin,
you filed the bug for TYPO3 4.2.4, which includes the fix for #19777.
Is that issue still present in current versions?
