Hi,
when trying to open the front end in the current trunk version (which is not selectable in Product versions) I get the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method tslib_cObj::includeLibs() in /home/bernd/workspace/TYPO3_4-2/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php on line 686
this is related to Bug #19758 in which this line was added.

I have to correct myself this only happens in the current 4_2 branch.

Confirmed, there's no such method (includeLibs()) in 4.2
