Description

Problem:
If you hide all table operations in toolbar you need to use the context menu, which is inconvenient. If you do not hide them, too many buttons come in.

Solution:
A configuration option that allows us to decide which buttons we want in the toolbar and which not.

Uschi (who right now has to produce a lot of tables)
