Description
When TCA column option l10n_display is set to "defaultAsReadonly", it overrides l10n_mode to display a field as read-only in a translated record. However a wrong test in TCEfroms puts the field in read-only mode also when the language field of the record is set to -1 ("All" languages).
The test passes when language field is anything but 0 (default) language. It must not pass when it is -1.
