Description

The scheme for urls is like that:

[page title].[pid].[type].html

When you rename a page title, old url fits also. This is bad behaviour as google doesn't index the new url as long old url works.

Indeed simulateStatics completely ignor [page title]-part, you can enter there any string you want!
