Description

Remove two extension configuration variables related to Mozilla clipboard access as they are not really useful.

The url to the Allow Clipboard Helper Firefox extension will be hardcoded, but may still be overridden in Page TSConfig with property:

RTE.default.buttons.paste.mozillaAllowClipboardUrl = url
