New install tool skin, matching t3skin

Description
As the new default TYPO3 skin is t3skin the install tool should match that instead of displaying the old colors. Attached is a screenshot how this could look like (and a patch to get an install tool like in the screenshot).

Hi Susanne,
first: it looks good!
One small: "Fatal error encountered" should be same color as fatal error.

The "Fatal error encountered" is only a notice that there was an error somewhere earlier, not a real error.
Orange is the color for notices, red for errors. We could discuss (as a separate issue) if it makes sense that the "fatal error encountered" is no error.

From code logic this is ok, from user logic not. Fatal errors are marked red, so the message is related to fatal errors. Having this red gives the relation to the fatal errors, and this seems logic to me from user view.
