Description

If one hovers over the CSH icon in the BE, a textbox pops up and shows the alttitle and description. This feature works for TCA fields, but was not implemented for FlexForms.
Appended patch add this functionality for FlexForms.

Test extension appended.
Insert plugin "Test CSH in Flexforms" and hover CSH icon of parameter.
