Redirect to an extension-page (e.g. mm_forum) does not work, when the target-URL is not handled / encoded by realurl

Description
When logging in from any URL, that is encoded by realurl,
felogin is not able to redirect to a page where the URL is not handled / encoded by the realurl extension. (The other way it works)
I found the solution after filling the missing realurl configuration (in ext_localconf.php) for the mm_forum.
Should be the same issue for every other extension that has been forgotten in realurl configuration.
If you dont plan any fix on this maybe there could be at least a helpful hint in the documentation. Would appreciate that very much.

Is this still a problem? At least for redirect to referrer it works in quite a few installations, also with URLs with query parameters.
