Description

Function img.pnghack causes in IE6 runtime error line 67.
This happens because the DOM is not completely loaded when
this function execute.

change Event.observe to 'dom:loaded' then this error disappears.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

Beside of that IE6 isn't supported any more.
