Description

When using an external file for TS page generation slows down significantly

I did a benchmark on the time of page generation:

T3 4.2.6 internal TS: 151ms
T3 4.2.6 external TS: 149ms

T3 4.3alpha3 internal TS: 122ms (this is actually great)
T3 4.3alpha3 external TS: 262ms

might be related to 0006395 (?)
