Description
If a given file has parentheses in filename then GIFBUILDER can't render such file and no processing is possible. It happens on Unix server (didn't try Win) possibly it happens because parentheses in filenames should be escaped for command line operations on unix system.
If file is uploaded through TCE then parentheses is striped off. However sometimes there is need to work with image files on server which are uploaded not via TYPO3. And then there is no even thumbnails in File module for files with parenthesises and they are could not be rendered for FE as well.
