Description
To keep your TypoScript setting clean and smart it would be very helpfull to add a condition feature to the:
- PAGE.includeCSS
- PAGE.includeCSS
During the development it is often necessary to keep attention on different brwosers and version, the above condition feature would improve the handling and usability a lot.

Not needed, as the pageRenderer is taking care of this since TYPO3 4.3.0.
