Description

The special chars in t3lib_div::danish_strtoupper and t3lib_div::convUmlauts prevent file format utf8. These are the only functions using such chars in code.

Even the functions are deprecated, i changed them not to use special chars, so we are save with convert to utf-8. These function will stay in 4.5LTS and will be removed in 4.6
